Things that piss Me off in the gym...

Now I don't vent a whole lot but today in the gym...I lost My concentration when caught some guy with awesome genetics & no knowledge giving people shitty advice & claiming he knows what the hell he's talking about....it's an epidemic, does anyone else notice this...? Now don't get Me wrong I have nothing against people with awesome genes....just ones with no knowledge that prance around like knowitalls

Bro I own a gym and you would not believe half the shit I hear or see! A never ending source of entertainment."MY BUDDYWHO IS TWICW YOUR SIZE TOLD ME TO DO.........." or "WHEN I WAS AS BIG AS YOU WE USED TO DO......" yadayadayada!!! I hear ya1

I love the ones with remarks like "when I was your age I was benching 450 for reps, squatting 600 for a triple, and deadliftin 800+ without any gear"....

"I used to could do that before I tore my shoulder up going for a 2nd rep with 700 lbs" I actually had a 160 lbs 5'5" 50 year old tell me this the other day, priceless...

That is always my favorite line. Im 23 and guys in their 30s have said this to me before. I like the confusion and denial on their faces when I tell them the strongest guys in the world are in their late 30s early 40s.
