150mg eod Test Prop
30mg ed Dbol
.5 or .25mg adex when/if needed

5'11 185lbs 10%bf, training seriously for 3 years, diet is semi clean eating approx 3500 cals a day training 5x a week.

chest/tri's
back/bi's
legs
shoulders
arms

goal is to lean bulk
 
drop the d-bol
its ur first cycle, stick with 250- 500 mg test only for 12 weeks.
Dont mess up your body, just see how you do with that first.
dont forget PCT.

thanks for the reply, i should have also mentioned that im looking for a shorter cycle (thats why i chose prop), i dont mind injections, and i want little to no bloat.

do u think it would make much of a difference between 100mg or 150mg of prop?
 
Use 100mg prop eod!!
 
STAY BASIC!

100 mg prop eod for 10 weeks
have HCG on hand and start it with your cycle
have clomid and nolva on hand for PCT.
AS for PT dosing, use the search.
i dont use nolva or clomid as i am currently staying on 200mg test e year round so i use a sort of test taper back down to my 200mg.
u can use test taper as well but thats going to require ALOT mroe research on your part. even if you choose that route your gonna want to keep all those things on hand.
i never really "come off" anymore but i still keep my HCG, nolva, a-dex, and clomid around the house.

ive said this alot before, You only get one chance at health, and only have one body, respect it and take care of it.
oh and dont forget your bloodwork, get it done now, and at least once during your cycle, as well as a month or 2 after your cycle.

i want to keep the cycle to 7-8 weeks. im not expecting HUGE drastic results in that amount of time.

and how come no dbol?...either 4 weeks or whole cycle

You need to do a little more research if your "iffy about hcg" for your first cycle.

Better safe than sorry......if youv'e done proper research you'll know what I'm implying. If not, do more research.;)

Dbol will give you bulk(one of the best), but it isn't lean bulk and I thought that was your goal.

i figured a low dose would give me strength and a little size with little to no bloat....or am i totally wrong?...and i'll have adex too
 
Low Dose of d-bol? Hell, most expirenced aas users barely use 30mg ed. The best thing for you to do is go to the search engine at the top of the page and type in D-bol, hcg, etc. and start reading past thread about these things.

If you are expecting little bloat, you are definitly taking the wrong thing.
