250mcg once (sometimes twice) a week injected before going in for a 15 minute tan.

Haven't noticed hands or face getting significantly darker, but I'm not really out much.

I do get some mild stomach cramps for about 30 minutes after, it helps to have a meal before.

No nice way to say it, if you're already naturally darker and your junk is darker than the rest of you, wear a sock on it when you're in the tanning bed.

I did about 10 days in a row at 250mcg, at that point I was getting people commenting left and right about why i was now black and I looked like I was prepping for a contest. After that 250mcg once a week keeps me looking really dark but natural, twice a week puts me at like Dwayne Johnson color. But everyone is different.

I agree anything more than 100 to 150 mcg gives me stomach trouble and horrible tension in my neck and mid back, which gives me anxiety. I natrually get dark easy but dont have time to hit the pool or tanning beds as much as I want. The main reason i like to take a little is after taking it for awhile once you get a tan it sticks with you much longer even after you quit taking MII
