Just started up again on a cycle of:
30 ius HGH - 3x protocol
500 mg test
25 mcg T3
Currently 190 lbs, real vascular but I hold all my water and fat in my abs. Did a show at 184lbs last month and abs are almost completely gone so going to continue cardio in morning.
Cardio 20-30 minutes light to start my day and then 20 minutes of light cardio immediately after training (full body workouts for now 4-5 days a week).
My question is for the AM, how long after cardio should I have my first meal? If I get up at 6:30, do cardio for 20-30 minutes, would I be OK holding off until 8:30-9:00 for my first meal or is that too long to wait? I'm just trying to time my meals. Or should I have a protein shake upon rising but then I wouldn't be doing fasted cardio.
Then I will eat at 11:30, train at 12:00, eat again at 2:00, 4:30, 7:00, 10:00 then bed.
