tips for self injecting delts

does anyone have any tips on how to self inject delts?

i always find myself shaking while doing it, and it causes the needle to move around a lot. some guys have said to lean against a wall, as it properly braces your arm, and minimizes shaking, for a more smooth shot. does anyone else have any other tips?

get down on your knees in front of your bed

lay your arm across the bed

This will put less tension on the shoulder since the arm is supported

reach over and inject. Goes in very softly

I have the same problem! When I withdraw the plunger to check if I hit a vein, I shake like hell.

I definately prefer glutes and quads!

yeah, same.
aside from the shaking, i prefer delts over glutes.
cant manage to reach around. LOL.

I just push in until I can rest my hand on my arm as I'm injecting and just chill.

1 1/2" 25g. I only go in about 3/4 of the way. I'm switching over to 23g 1 1/4". 25g just takes way too long especially if you are shaking

Now I don't know if anyone else has done this, but one way I was taught when I first hit delts was to go in from the top. I use 1" 25g and it goes just fine. Never had a problem doing it this way. Plus, Im able to let my arm hang in front of me making it a pretty seamless shot.

Have a roommate throw it from across the room at you. Just be sure to turn your head away at the last moment. Prop in the eye can sting for a while, but you get a great pump...

WTF is with all these posts lately by people that can't figure out how to inject their own glutes, delts, etc. Can you wipe your own ass? Can you scratch your own shoulder? Seriously guys.
