Tips On Eating Post Comp..

Hey Guys, I have my very first Comp commin up in just under 3 weeks, So as you would know I am gettin pretty anxious. Anyways.. Just wondering for those of you who have competed before, how do you go about eating.. and bring satisfied diectectly after your comp without getting sick and bloated. I have so many friends comming to watch, then going out to celebrate after, I dont want to let anyone down by eating myself sick, and not being able to make it out!
Weird question I know.. but I just had so many cravings I feel I could eat everything in sight!
 
I ate what I wanted with NO issues what so ever:) I did have a little concern about this too, because I've seen and heard of many getting sick....

But I enjoyed;

Pizza, chocolate cake....and more, I'm keeping to myself, lol...but back on diet now.
 
My comp was 3 weeks ago and by the 3rd day after comp I was up 20lbs, now up 25lbs but much much less bloated..... Right after my first cheat meals my feet looked like pregnant chicks feet they were puffy as all hell.
Now everything is settled back down
