the thing is i always diet, train, sleep to the letter, but i always end up flat, weak, and worst than i started. i suspect the lifting is the culprit. should i seriously reduce lifting to a couple times a week and use light weights? im suspecting that im not recovering from workouts. even though i throw down dextrose and whey after the gym.
should i feather weight it for high reps for a few months or just use alot of test while dieting? im happy with my size i just want 10% body fat
