so you agree that those other guys had huge legs like platz?? I'm not speaking top, strickly bottoms. ( that didnt sound right did it? )

guess i'd really have to see lined up next to each other to be real objective, the mass that platz has down at the knee joint, may never see anything like that again...

Platz has better separation and his legs just look better. This guys legs are kinda gross lookin. imo

Well, that photo proves he worked his legs hard as hell.

Normal well built guy...add dedication...and WHAM. Genetics, yes. But that sure as hell isn't the whole story.

Platz Leg Training

Can anybody ell me how Tom Platz trained his legs. I have never read any of his books and only know he was big on volume.

Did he train legs once or twice per week etc?

How many sets of squats etc?

Just wondering.

I don't think photo shopped maybe just a good camera angle. I heard about this kid also 21 named Connor Allen who puts most pro bodybuilders to shame but I can't find anything on him. Anyone heard of him?
