INTERESTING QUIZ!

LEG TRAINING......ONCE EVERY 11-14 DAYS......VERY INTERESTING GRASSHOPPER. IT SAYS HE ALWAYS DID THAT AND STILL DOES TODAY. I WONDER IF THAT IS TRUE. :)
 
I wish I could workout before work, but I can not get up in the morning for the life of me. I have to leave for work at 9:15, and I still can't get up early enough, it's horrible. I just can't do it, even though I would much rather workout before work
 
when i was puttign together a promotion to rasie money for the Make a wish foundation..Tom Platz was the only guy who got back to me...he is a real great guy and what you see is what you get...
 
Interesting

Platz had huge hamstrings, not huge quads. He has a sub-par upper body. I would chalk it up to genetics, his ham development.Since when is glutamine an essential amino acid? Soy is a complete protein, that sbullshit. Who cares if it raises your blood sugar.
 
Huge hams indeed..i thought soy was complete but i guess not...lol...Hmm a little more thought and knowledge should of gone into that test. I am sure Tom did not set it up but he should know who the retard is he has making up the test with name on it..it makes him look stupid...
 
What bullshit about the soy. Glutamine is not an essential amino like Phil said but on top of that soy is actually high in glutamine, higher than whey!
And it's a complete protein, it's not missing 4 EAA's.
 
I GOT A 70 OUT OF 100 ON THAT QUIZ.

Tom's wife actually created this quiz. She has a different outlook on nutrition than most. She is into whole natual foods and she observes things in a different light than most. She is a very religous person and gains her knowledge from many different avenues. Some agree, some don't

What are her credentials, just her opinion? Religion has nothing to do with facts. That quiz is totally useless. Anyone that scores 70% or better is on TROUBLE!!

HAMS is right and most people forget they make up a lot of the leg mass and give the thih fullness from the front.
GAMS...he could use them as a springboard.

Quads look pretty dang big and developed to me, but yea i just recently learned that having no hamstrings and all quads makes ur legs look smaller from the front! lol, learned the hard way
