too many anti- oxidants ?

I have read many places that antioxidants after exercise can counteract the training's result. It seems that it is mainly all about endurance training and not building muscle . But maybe we take too many antioxidants and inhibits some of our training effect ?
 
You're over thinking it...just don't take any around the workout.

very true.

I will tell you that in no way has taking antiox close to training hindered progress, im always getting better.

I shoot my inject anti ox right before training and take things that would be considered anti ox around training.

pretty sure I take far more and far stronger anti ox than anyone saying it MIGHT be an issue...
 
Of course , health is first priority. The reason I ask is that in these studies is a significant difference in the training results .
I must see if I can find more about it.
We are pushing like everything out of training , diet and supplements for 5 % more.

What are you going on about? What anti oxidants are you referring to? If you're worried, move them away from your workout. Not rocket science...

i've read a few studies that claim Antioxidants Can Block Benefits of Exercise.I was never sure if i should buy into it, after all the years of reading time and time again., how they are beneficial.
 
Not sure if I can say there is a level "too much" in health, but some supplements can be overdone. Take everything in moderation and be careful.

Moderation really is the key to everything. Anything and everything can be overdone. Just know what is considered "reasonable" and dose accordingly
 
Baced on some studies, too much Vitamin C wouldn't be a great idea. But the others probably aren't bad, and could be helpful.
 
Really Ive heard the opposite that vitamin C is helpful to bodybuilding and lots of it
