From the pictures it really looks like you could almost make a case for any of them to win. I dont think Phil is as sharp as he was at the Ironman. Dexter looks damn good but pretty much the same. Branch really brought his A game and a much improved back. Kai packed on the size, has great shape and conditioning. I think if his conditioning was a little better he could have taken it.

very close. branch looked awesome. he really nailed his conditioning and his previous tricep injury was not noticeable. dexter was as sharp as ever and phil did not stand out this time like he did at the ironman. if kai's upperbody was just a little sharoer, i agree with u that he would win, otherwise i think it will go, dex, phil, branch, kai, although i think phil could possibly be 4th.

True, but from the front it looks like it's gotten bigger, remember bigger for dexter is still smaller than most pros waistlines.
