Creatine is great, as others have listed, but you asked for "overall health", so I don't think that fits in (not that it's unhealthy, but I don't think it helps you like fish oil caps and multi-vitamins in the long-run). The couple friends of mine who compete swear by green tea as a fat-loss helper, and lots of research shows that a few cups a day is good for your health.
Keep in mind that in the end, supplements are just that, supplements. For optimal health and to stay lean, it is up to you and what foods you eat, how you train, etc. Supplements just augment your progress.
