I have ~1000 200mg pills laying around, I use it 3-5 days/week depending on what work looks like. I LOVE it. Had to go to Vegas a couple weeks back for work, late flight and ended up getting to the hotel at 2 AM. Had to be up at 6 AM. Pop a modafinil, chug an ice water, good to rock. A coffee an hour later helped but modafinil is king.

So I want to be clear - for me, at least, there's no superhuman "holy shit I'm on a rollercoaster" type of feeling.

It's a subtle "I'm not tired, I can crush this.. and this.. and this" sort of feeling. It's not energy, but a removal of the possibility of feeling fatigue. That, coupled with a keen ability to focus. I pair it with a bit of nicotine and I can move mountains at work.

I tend to take it around 5 AM or so, and I feel productive until 5 PM. I unplug most days around 6 or 7 PM, and those last few hours can drag at times. Then again, that's usually because I work a very fast paced, highly cerebral job, so if my work bleeds past 5 and into the evening I tend to get a bit crabby.
