Okay it is for certain that i have torn my pec. I have been fighting a small tear for a while and last Monday i warmed up on the bench and got to 335 after a 315 for 13 reps. On the 5th rep of 335 i just had to hang it up. I couldn't do my shoulder workout on dbs so i finished with back and tri's. Yesterday i went to Lifestyle gym in Mckinney,Tx and with 135 on the incline it hurts and the pain runs down the middle of the bicep. I believe this is the brachi tendon? So i laid off and was able to do a D.C. style stretch and some cross cables. Went to smith shoulder presses and was able to do 245 for reps and little pain. It did hurt on seated tricep machine at 270 on the upper start of movement.
Has anyone had any experience with this or recovered from this? Any suggestions? I am mid cycle and i am disappointed with it but i do understand sometimes this just happens. Should i stretch or just be a stump and do nothing? I am lost.

Also i learned my lesson about asking people to hand you a dumbbell when you do db shoulder presses. I damn near had my arm broke off by a teenager not knowing what he was doing. It was my fault i thought everyone new what to do with 110 db. Talk about a cramp in my back after getting up from wrestling him the db and my fat ass.
