Hey everyone, was just curious if anyone had any info regarding toxin fluses or body cleanses, I'm coming off a long stretch of bad eating and bad habits, and want to do as best as possible to clean out as kind of a lead in to a new way of living.

Mega dosing Goldenseal is very good for flushing out toxins. I know people who take a bunch for about 5 days before a drug test and pass everytime.

I know a colon cleanse that is about it. Cleans you out good. I actually feel empty after taking a quality number.
Just need three things
1. Physillium Husk
2. Herbal tabs
3. Activative Charcoal
