No expert here but I have read a ton ton about supplements and i settled around 1600-1800mg a day (made a few hundred myself) and even amounts of vitamin c. i forget why that is so important but I definitely know it is.

Any thoughts on inhibiting NO? Ive just recently come across this. My immediate thinking is its one of those things that isnt as detrimental as some would have you believe, but im gonna keep scrounging for info...
