Does anyone here have a particular muscle or part that they train every day? for example the past month instead of having one day where i do tri's, i do one tri exercise everyday im at the gym and they have responded incredibly well. it could just be that my body has not adapted to this type of training yet, but in that month my tri's have grown significantly. this growth will obviously not last forever as my body will get used to it, but im just wondering if anyone has had success with this type of training.
