I’m lookin for another site and thinkin of pinning my traps? Wondering if anyone has any tips for me - location/pin guage Etc?Is it any more or less painful then glute -vg-delts- or quads?
I personally dont believe in site growth, local growth. I think growth is through the entire body, systemic. If youre just looking for another place to spread out scar tissue then I guess you could do it. Plenty of other spots easier to do that you can use.
In addition to those I did chest and biceps. Had no issues with them at all. Id say try those. Smart of you to spread out the damage. Well, honestly I cant say because I never did traps. All i know is that chest and biceps didnt hurt much at all, minimal PIP. I had good gear that I made though and it didnt make me sore like some of the crap UG lab stuff I had used in the past. I didnt find it anymore painful than quads, about the same IMO. Id do 3 ml in one shot in the biceps too. After a day or so it actually felt kind of good because that area gets a bit tight and the pump was good. Id say it made my biceps bigger while doing it, but once you stop the swelling goes away fast.So you are sayin chest and biceps was less painful than your traps? I can’t fathom that ?

I always just used the same as what I did on the rest of my body, 23 gauge 1 inch. I would usually not inject all of the way in with the needle though, id hold back a 1/4 inch or so. I think one time i hit a nerve, that was the only problem I ever had. If that happens, just pull it out and start again. I hit nerves in my quads too though. That feels like shit. Sounds good - I only have 1/2” 29g slin pins or 1”25g Needles - which do you think would work out better - my bi’s arent Very big but quite lean and very vascular which is another thing I’m skeptical of^^^assuming you don't have fatty arms
-flex your bicep
-visually mark the peak, or draw a small circle with pen on the peak
(..you'll only need to actually draw the circle with a pen a couple of times, before you know)
-relax you bicep
-shoot in the visual/pen circle
->27ga slin pin is fine
->would not shoot more than 1/4 to 1/2 cc the first few times (..then shoot the other bi)
..trap were always hit or miss for me ..if you hit a nerve it will suck
IMO, much better spots;
-bi's
-tri's
-chest
-ventro glute (great spot)
-quads ..in about 3 diff spots from hip to knee (i hit the side/close to hams & have no probs)
-glutes/shoulder of course
no rear delts for me ..can't reach'em & no calves for the same reason as traps ..a bad shot WILL suck!!
