With the bike, I feel you won't pedal at a steady pace, with the elliptical, same situation. With the treadmill and stepmill though, you are forced to keep up with the belt...... therefore I am guessing those two choices are the best for cardio training. My question to you folks is this, which of these two machines do you prefer and why????
