tricep site injections

tricep site injections
hello everyone,
i'm new to the board but not the game. i have a question for BIG A, and other experienced syntherol users. i am good to go with bicep injections and where to inject for the desired result but tricep injections are still a little fuzzy as far as the site where to inject, and i feel that if there were a place where i could see a picture of a tricep injection that would help out tremendously.
any advice at all will be greatly appreciated.

Turn around in the mirror and flex your tricep. Mark the peak of the tricep directly on the back of your arm. Then relax your arm and you will shoot in that same place. The rear tricep is the best place to go as I used to do them from the sides and I still have lumps.hehhee

You cannot do tri injections yourself properly.

You should only inject in your rear and middle heads, not in the horseshoe unless you are seriously lacking there.

Flex the tri in the mirror. The top half is the rear head, the bottom half is the middle head. You should inject right in the middle of both. The rear head will be much less painless than the middle head.

I suggest that you get an anatomy chart to see exactly how the heads sit on the arm.

Well, I can't do them myself because when I aspirate I can't kep the needle in one spot and it usually slides out, so there!
