i think that what he's getting at is what would be different when dieting down naturally. Of course the same basic types of food and general concepts of nutrition and training would be employed, but lets face it using AS alows alot more.
I've been off for 3-4 months now and have only lost 5 pounds (220 now) after coming off 6 months of dieting and training. i have got many complements lately and actually feel good about the way I look now.
I have been contemplating trying to trim up naturally since my training is going well, but have never dieted without juice. I have similar questions such as: what would be different about the diet length and pace of tapering calories, should cardio be less intense and increased more gradually? This is something very new for me and I don't want to lose all the size I've managed to keep
Well with the lack of "supplements" you should deffinately do things more gradule, this way you preserve more muscle. The gear helps you to retain more muscle than not in a shorter period of time. So just take alittle more time and don't cut so maany cals out all at once.
What's trimming down to you? I made a post a while back trying to spur some interest in some herbs like Lee Haney used to use but nobody had any feed back.
I know I sound like a ho for them but Xenadrine to me is the best ECA on the market, I also use a lot of yohimbe as well. If your not going to use anything like clen, T3, or winny than you had better do cardio at least 30 mins a day, cut your carbs a whole lot and drink a lot of water.
