never had any confiscations normally everything arrives within 2 weeks, worst scenario is package had been opened by customs that's it.

Never had any issues, i ALWAYS declare goods for Personal Use and NEVER had an issue. If I do, then I know the source has scammed!

Less than a week usually, longest I've had to wait is nearly two weeks. Only thing you have to watch out for is thieving postmen, had few packages tampered with in the past and some gear missing...i kept looking out for signs of my postie getting bigger so i would know it was him and kick his arse lol

Depends where its from. Uncle Z took around 10-14 days. Thailand is the same. All Intl are around 10-14 days.

As above, worst thing is customs open your package then forward it on.

They'll sieze it if its UGL though.

I've had to pay VAT on Supps abroad too.

I ask cos I had some HGH arrive from one source in China and it cost me like 80 quid for 100iu but took 14 days cos they only send through ems and i worry about the whole longer its out there the more risk it is of getting it confiscated or having to play friggin vat.

I'd rather pay the extra and have it sent through courier to arrive double quick?

does anybody else have an opinion on best delivery method even if it takes longer or shouldn't i worry?

Remember better late then never, anyway a package being deliver by couriers attract more attention from customs, and you have to sign for it, miss them 2times and it Return to Sender. don't worry

108pence for litre of petrol, what a joke!!!!

I have worked out it costs me 50 pence to get to the gym, grrrrrrrrrrrr

and the weather is shit

on a positive we have the best fish and chips in the world !!!!!! I just can't remember the last time I ate chips !!!

We have to pay tax on everything, if you earn over £40,000, 40% is taken off in tax and 11% of everything you earn is taken off in national insurance, so you get less than half of what you earn if you make a decent wage.
Company car gets taxed, any money you make on investments gets taxed.
To import a car there is 27.5% tax on it, wnated to import a mustang but taxes on it are a bitch. If you inherit anything most of it gets taxed at 40%, and the list of taxes goes on, I believe we have over 40 different ones.
The cost of living here is way too high. The average house price is £260,000 (520,000$) and that will only get you around 2000 sq.ft.
