Universal Kits out of business ?

I ordered 13 days ago and the order went in and confimed but no shipping info etc. I tried twice to contact the owner and sent a copy to myself and no response. I can only conclude the guy is out of business. the order says "Processing". If they guy can't deliver or a family emergency then they should state that on the Web site. I used to always use them. I will now have to try the approved places on this board. Glad I used mastercard as I can dipute the fact he never sent it and they will charge him back if he never shipped the item or never replies to mastercard.

I'm sure you'll get your order. I'm almost positive they are still in business. UK has great products, but really crappy customer service. Decent place to order from if you're not in a hurry to get your order.

Beware of Universal Kits ! POOR SERVICE

They used to be good. I would order get a confirmationa dn tracking # the next day. I have seen several other complaints last evening wheil troliing other Bodybuilding boards with the same comments(I was just reading them).
Basically I recommend not dealing with the guys as they bill you and never send the product or even respond to you when you give them all the info on the order # etc. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will now order from another place that is a sponser of this board.

I ordered a couple kits from him around the middle of May. It took me at least 3 weeks to receive. I did send some emails which he did respond to. That was the longest an order from them took. Hopefully, you'll get your stuff. Good luck.

The owner sent out 500 EMAILS to all the people that he did not sent items to. He is out of business and appologized and told me some sad story etc.
He claims he will still send out. I already started a dispute with master card.
Basically I suggest not ordering from his site as they will take your money and you have to fight to get it back.

This is weird. I just PM'd the owner on another board and he told me that they have just gotten settled in from a move, and that they are most definitely still in business. Not sure what to think, but one things for sure, customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I finally got a Email with appologies and a sad story of him being a victum of coruption. Perhaps true ? Either way he shopuld not take orders (mastercard ) on his site if he is not going to ship items or communicate tracking info etc. He dropped the ball big time and there is no excuse. He now claims he will send out my order and not to do a charge back with Mastercard but I already inititated the chargeback. If I ever get a package I will let you guys know. He had to get back to over 500 unhappy customers according to his letter to me. I feel sorry for his personal wows but He could have taken down the Web site or posted a message saying he will take the order but you will have to wait a month or two. I paid of 2 day shipment and it has been a month.

Still no package even after he promised Fed Exp a few days ago. By the way I paid for Fed EX 2nd about a month ago. Stay away from this guy. I just ordered from another place and got the confirmation and tracking in the same day. Shame on Universal Kits.

Finally got a reply and promise that the item will ship after a month. He claimed to have just sent out my order (no tracking # though and I paid for second day shipping a month ago) He asked me to cancel my chargeback for Master card again. Lets see.. he never send out the item in the first place... ignores all my emails. Then sent out a message that 500 people are waiting etc and he is the victum of fraud etc. He then promised to get the package sent out a week ago with tracking etc. Again no package or tracking # and he ignores my repeated requests for a credit to my master card and I agree that we go out separete ways. Finally, after bad mouthing the hell out of him on many bodybuilding boards he says he sent out my package. No tracking # though. I won't hold my breath etc. I won't cancel the chargeback as it is over a month later and he refused to credit my charge card after he offered to do it twice on his email. You guys are a fool to deal with this guy. If I finally receive the order he can fight the chargeback that I initiated 15 days ago. I will never deal with Universal kits again. It is now up to him to prove I got the item. How does it feel Universal kits.

I can almost guarantee that you'll get taken care of. Now, that is no excuse for having horrible customer service. There is another board where the owner of UK posts regularly. He is constantly getting complaints, and for good reason, but he always comes through. Regardless its BS, but I bet you will get taken care of eventually.

It is sad as they were awesome up till 6 monts ago acording other guys. I am pretty loyal customer but when I feel I am getting ripped off I get pissed.
I will stop posting and will get back to you guys in a week or two as I will be on vacation.
