Update from Middle East

Things here are all good, temperature has gotten really mild and winter should be here soon, which just makes things a little more comfortable. I will be heading home in December for a little bit, which will be very much needed. My son who is 6 months old now will be 8 months and I will have not held him since he was a month old...then there is my wife and the so many levels of how much I miss her...but those details are for me...
Training here is going great! I have no complaints at all, I am up 25 lbs...give or take a couple depending on the day...moving some solid weight but nothing insane...next to impossible to eat truely clean here but do the best I can, there is fast food, pizza and that sort of crap but I mean the chow hall serves "ok" food...but I would not call it clean.

I will keep all updates periodically, thanks for being there all...this board is awesome thanks to all that do what they do to provide it...

I can't imagine trying to make healthy choices from the food you get served.
