So usually for intra I use 30g isolate with 40g dextrose.
Not perfect but I'm not getting fat and I feel it helps.
Today I changed it up and just used some Country Time Lemonade 36g carbs but all from sugar and fructose.
Question:
A. Do you think including the isolate is a "must have" or not?
B. Do you think the type of sugar matters?
