100% agree on thatHe needs to stop saying trenbalony Sandwich it's not funny
Interesting all the experiments he does but fuck being such a mental micro manager100% agree on that
It's definitely possible...with the absurdly low dose he recommends. For instance, on Leo's podcast, he claimed to have people on Lantus every day for two years straight without losing insulin sensitivity.

You don't shutdown your HPTA either with 25mg of Primo a week
In my experience and from past research Insulin use does not cause insulin resistance. In that video, he mentioned using it on his clients for two years straight, with a dosage of 1iu per 20g of carbs in the morning, followed by additional Lantus post-workout, totaling more than 1iu per 20g of carbs. Also, he used Humalog pre-workout.
I'm not a specialist on Lantus, but from what I've been reading lately, the general consensus is to avoid using it daily due to concerns about insulin sensitivity.
Genuine questions. To be fair, my exposure to his content has mostly been through other people's channels, like podcasts and interviews. He spewed some dubious shit in the little content I've seen from him.
For instance, on Leo's podcast, he claimed to have people on Lantus every day for two years straight without losing insulin sensitivity. Another example is when he said he was copying Justin Harris's peaking protocol by measuring blood glucose. He seemed to misunderstand the purpose behind Justin's approach, yet insisted, "Yeah, I'm doing it for my clients and it works wonderfully," even though he was using it for entirely different reasons than Justin intended.
I actually kind of like him and find him entertaining to a degree, also agree he tries to do some research at least unlike most of this army of retarded YouTube influencers we see these days. Some of you guys need to stop trying to find the negatives about everyone. Just because he says two or three things you don’t agree with doesn’t make the rest of his information useless. I enjoy his videos and appreciate his contributions. He puts a lot of time into digging up research studies, which earns my respect. He seems like a cool guy and is clearly doing something right with all the subscribers he has. He was a good dude in the early days of the gh15 board too.

Also some ppl tend to take his words out of context, like on the whole "halo isnt liver toxic" video.. again i dont agree with everything the guy says but he has a ton of good info.I actually kind of like him and find him entertaining to a degree, also agree he tries to do some research at least unlike most of this army of retarded YouTube influencers we see these days.
Many claims are a bit out of this world but hey...nothing"new" = no views.
People ALWAYS take things out of context unfortunately, no matter who's talking. Also some ppl tend to take his words out of context, like on the whole "halo isnt liver toxic" video.. again i dont agree with everything the guy says but he has a ton of good info.
Lmao. This one is a classicThen there're times when his hyperboles get ridiculous like "Nobody could ever tolerate more than 20-25mg of Pharm Grade Anavar" ,
Do you have recent bloodwork to compare? I'm interested to see the resultsWell, after watching his video I just started 25mg of TREN a week added to my hrt. It makes sense to me. Seems very small of a dose, but I will report back in a few weeks....
I recall Dante doing something similar: 7 mg three times per week. He noticed an increase in his PSA and decided to stop.Well, after watching his video I just started 25mg of TREN a week added to my hrt. It makes sense to me. Seems very small of a dose, but I will report back in a few weeks....
