Maryland Gym Reunion, I workout in Silver Spring and Aspen Hill, the silver spring gym is more for weight lifting and aspen hill is my Hoe Den.

So which ever one you all want to workout at . All 4 of us?

I wouldnt mind doing back, or chest, or shoulders would be fun too. I will bring the digital camera and we can have some fun.

i met kevin back in 95? i think, at powerhouse in linthicum, he was pretty cool to talk to.

No arnold for me. maybe next year I can get a hotel room in advance and have it already for me and the wifey.

wow there is alot of bros from MD. i'm in columbia MD. hey vitor the silver spring gym you talk about wouldn't be the golds off of 29. i work out thier on occassion.
