Wasteful to use Milk Thistle when off ?

Bros,

Completed a 12 week cycle about week ago.

Have good PCT in place based on great suggestions from this board but I have a new question now.

Milk thistle, I know so like some don't but if I was using it during cycle
should I now end use of it or basically continue year round ?

Worldspan my man I would say year round because its toxins in everything and the liver is always breaking down something and can always use the extra help

It's always good to have a healthy liver, so the more you use liver aids, the better.
There's MUCH better liver aids out there than milk thistle!

Milk thistle has been proven in studies to not only protect the cells of the liver tissue but also rebuild healthy liver tissue so its a keeper period!!! But don't buy shit milk thistle get the phhytosome bonded sylmaryn that has been proven in more studies....Liv52 works differntly and is a keeper...Synthergine is also a keeper it contains important protectors and essential nutrients for the liver that also are proven by medical studies...that others don't contain.. I use all 3....
Have Hepatitis C and use gear.. Liver counts are always normal...So as one may be fine.. you only got one liver....its cheap to use all 3...why not...

rALA is good to use also. I just actually read a post by someone who said using milk thistle was useless when on and the only time to use it was off?

Not true...milk thistle streghtens the cell membranes and protects the cells from damage period!!!! want studies??? I got em...It protects against all toxins....

milk thistle really worked for me. I got a blood test and my liver enzymes were over twice what they should have been. I took 750mg of milk thistle for a month and everything was back to normal.

What type of Milk Thistle did you take?

I have some TwinLab's standardized for 80% silymarin.

Sundown Standardized with dandelion, fennel, and licorice. Don't know if it is the best stuff, but it was the only kind I could find close by and it seems to work just fine.

Use the Search function here on the board and type in Synthergine and see what you get.

You can get it in Aust, just order it through the NZ shopping cart. It's shipped from Aust, but not officially available for sale in Aust.
