7AM Protein shake, olive oil , omega 3s, some almonds to snack on, maybe some eggs and turkey bacon sometimes with some spinach

9AM, LBAS

11AM Protein shake, olive oil, omega 3s, some almonds to snack on

1PM Salad,with baby spinach, broccoli, little scallions, turkey, little feta,olive oil

3PM Protein shake, olive oil, omega 3s, some almonds to snack on

5PM LBAS

730pm PWO LBAS

830PM LEAN MEAT,FISH, TURKEY, STEAL ETC with some GREENS.

1030PM Protein shake, olive oil, omega 3s

every 2 weeks have a carb up day and then maybe once a week depending on progress.

I just cant seem to loose fat if I eat more than 100gms of carbs ed. This is the only diet I have done in the past that I can get lean on.
 
Well if it works for you then it's pretty hard to find fault with it.

It seems like you would want more meals from whole food. I only saw where you actually ate 2 times. I would go nuts, but thats probably why im not as lean and huge as most of you guys. Damn now im depressed,lol.:(
 
Only thing I would mention would be to include more whole foods. But, as previously stated, to each his own.
 
Queefer hows your precontest training coming along?
 
I take in 4 shakes, and larger solid meals. Most say that I take in too many shakes, but like said above...if it works for you then go for it. I would personally add in another solid to make it 3(morning noon and night). One thing I noticed is that when I eat solid meals I am hungry again 10min later...speeds up my metabolism like crazy.
 
my only worry would be waiting two weeks for that carb up day. personally, when i am doing a 0 carb diet, i feel i look the best when i carb up every 3-5 days..
 
From what I understand and have been following when I diet, is that the body gets used to the diet around every 6 days. You should be carbing up at least once a week to trick your metabolism.

I found I needed to not eat carbs for the first two weeks of the diet and then I could do a carb up day once a week.

You know, I see people say stuff like this all the time in regards to carbs, but what I don't think people realize/understand is that yes, sure carbs have an affect on fat loss/control, but when it comes to getting leaner when things aren't working or whatever, it basically just comes down to calories, not carbs, fats etc. If you reduce your calories (either from carbs or fats, but keep the protien stable) you WILL lose bodyfat. Period.

So you believe a calorie is a calorie. I have reduced y calories and don't loose fat at all. I have been doing cardio every day on 2,000 calories and weigh 260 with no fat loss. Until I reduce the carbs I never loose fat. If your insulin resistant, lowering calories won't do anything, you need to reduce carbs. This is the situation I'm in now and have been in the past. I always have to go super low to loose any fat. My blood work always comes back with my glucose over 100 and my serum insulin high also.
