7AM Protein shake, olive oil , omega 3s, some almonds to snack on, maybe some eggs and turkey bacon sometimes with some spinach
9AM, LBAS

1PM Salad,with baby spinach, broccoli, little scallions, turkey, little feta,olive oil

830PM LEAN MEAT,FISH, TURKEY, STEAL ETC with some GREENS.

every 2 weeks have a carb up day and then maybe once a week depending on progress.
will be adding in something like fibersol and some super greens foods.
I just cant seem to loose fat if I eat more than 100gms of carbs ed. This is the only diet I have done in the past that I can get lean on.
