Everyone at the gym looks at me weird, even Main at times but thats nothing unusual, I just take my oats in a container, walk over to the fountain, fill it with water and start eating them. I get a whopping 3/4 of a cup tonight, it's party time!
I don't like the mushy oats texture, so I don't cook mine either. Just water or protein shake with a 1/4 cup of low GI berries and 1/2 cup rolled oats--- it's a perfect pre workout load up.
