water intake the last week until show

For the guys that do shows how much water do you intake the last week up until the show on Sat? Thats from Mon up till Sat? I usually take water intake down to a liter on that friday but would like to do it different so i want be flat.

I do 2 gallons up till thursday....Friday 1 gallon finished by noon.! No water at all afta that piont! In past shows would stop drinking water at 11 pm on thurs.

Thanks.......I usaully do 2 gallons on mon 1.5 tues, wed gallon, thurs1/2 gallon and friday liter. sat just sip. Well my diet is always on point so im thinking this time i will do like your taliking about so i can see if im alot fuller. Also i will be sodium loading.....do you do that to. Oh im doing the State in 7 weeks just trying to cover all angles to make sur everything goes good!
