WAY WAY OFF O/T...PROPERTY APPRAISEL SITE

I REALIZE SOME OF YOU ARE IN THE BUSINESS CAREER. I AM GIVING THIS DUTY TO GO TO THE PROPERTY APPRAISEL SITE AND FIND SOME DATA/INFORMATION. I HAVE COMPLETED EVERYTHING EXPECT FOR A COUPLE THINGS. I NEED TO FIND A FORECLOSURE DATE THAT WAS CHANGED, AND ALSO A MERCHANT LIEN.

IS THERE ANYONE THAT COULD HELP ME OUT?

Any escrow company can pull that info, also hall of records.

Try to contact the closing atty, they should be able fax you a copy of the change ammendment. Most are pretty easy, since this is public knowledge.

The closing agent should be able to put you in touch with the closing atty.

There should be a private company in your area that combs courthouse records and puts this info in their private database for review by those that subscribe to the database. Appraisers use this info to research prior sales of both the subject property and the sales comparables.
