Weekly/Bi-Monthly GH in the near future.

Hey guys. I am currently invested in an israeli biotech stock. They are currently developing biobetter drugs. What does this mean? They are modified versions of blockbuster drugs. The modifications usually result in longer lasting compounds that result in similar results with less administration.

Why do I post this? Because their first drug scheduled to hit the market is a Growth Hormone biobetter. It is currently in Phase II and would allow users to do weekly or bi-monthly administration. Just wanted to throw the info out there in order to inform you guys of some developments in a field that might be of interest. Hope this can spark some cool discussion here on PM.

the drug looks like it is HGH fused to a subcomponent of HCG. I dont understand how this would allow the drug to be released slowly (almost like an ester?)...I suppose the HCG subcomponent is cleaved off at a systematic rate and the HGH is made biologically active...? Just guessing.
