No man..keto does'nt work for me..I did'nt waste my time screwing around trying to do it myself...I hired Alex A. Go with that show on the 19th of March..perfect. That puts you 18.5 weeks out. I start my prep next week too. Good luck and keep us posted.

I heard the card was going up again it was $90 this year.

Yep thats what I heard as I said above, 100 for next year. The NPC is pulling in some serious cash 90-100$ for every athlete, do the math you will be shocked.

i also heard that the NPC card is good only through that calander year not a whole year from that date. So if i get a npc card dec. 2010 and want to compete that next mth Jan 2011, i need to register again, has anyone else heard this?

Yes it is only for the calander year. I always renew my dues in Dec, so I can get all of the NPC news mag for the following year. IF you signed up in Dec it would be for the following year since there is no NPC shows in Dec, the last one is usually the Eastern USA.
