I actually started on and off working out at a gym since I was 13, but didn't really get serious until the end of my freshman year of college. But it really took me till the past year to really start to understand and listen to all the vets' advice and now I've been making my best gains. Goes to show the oldies know what they are talking about haha
How are you my friend? I am probably an oldy, lol. probably started pumping iron before you were born, I am 47 , training for about 27 years, but my best gains have come in last 10 years. God bless you my child. Minister.
I started getting serious at around 47-48. And over the last 10 years it seems I get more serious each year. Last year was my most serious. We'll see what happens next year.
It's never too late! At what age did you get serious about working out?
Started at 16 and was immediately WAY TOO serious about it, making it a lifestyle... missing in the process the most important part in that word: "LIFE".
Now at 30 I take bodybuilding for what it should be and always remain, a hobby. No more slavery. I'm much much less serious about it, but infinitely happier.
