its like the key part of training that most meat head sort of articles miss.
your body wants to be as efficient as possible doing shit. if you repeat a movement like doing an incline press over time your body your body adapts by creating new nerve connections. this take like 6-8 weeks and largely responsible for increases in strength. like in a nutshell. there are plenty of good training progrmas that do this and or provide a detailed strategy on how. like cfp.
bottom line the body adapts and if it has adapted before it can adapt faster 2nd time around

its CRAZY how my body has adapted to handling working in the heat outside... just wild...
if i had to adapt to the heat a 2nd time i would bet all my money it would adapt faster 2nd time around
