A great diet day for me would be:
Breakfast
4 poached eggs + Bacon
Dinner- 1 pound of steak- blackened on the outisde- rare on the inside.
If desert is needed I try to stick to 90% european dark chocolcate.
Still hard to resist shakes and cookies...
