What can I mix my IBE liquid products with?

I got the liquid Nolvadex and Clen. I have been taking them for sometime now and I just been squirting the liquid right down my throat. However, it seems like my throat is starting to get irritated.
What kind of drinks are good to use to deliver the IBE products?

I only use Kaotik Chemistry liquid products, but I just put some water in my mouth and squirt it in.

have you tried diet soda? diet dew works well.

I just put them into empty gelatin capsules when I take it. I get 'em pretty cheap at http://www.developed.net/capsule.htm . I use both 00 and 000 sizes.

I used a small amounts of grape juice before.

OJ or grapefruit juice....i love the IBE line..they are cheap and works as good as any thing i ever used
