cycle history 1 cycle years ago with only 200/mg of test e for about six weeks, I know that many of you would say this is low, but I got huge result from just low doses! great strength gains and around kept 8lb after cycle
diet - 400g protein/day - very discipline on the diet
goal - strength first, mass 2nd - looking for 10lbs

Week 1-3 Dbols 20/mg ED
Week 4-8 Deca 200/mg EW
PCT
Week 9 Clomid 100/mg ED
Week 10 Clomid 50/mg ED
I've got Nolvadex, not sure if I should include in the cycle or PCT?
