I've been writing it down lately trying to get back in the habit of keeping track of everything.

Here is how it went not counting all the vitamins.

1 gallon of water...been filling that up each morning and it's gone by the end of the day.

meal one- Protein, water, fish oil.

meal two- protein, 1/2 cup of oats, splenda cinammon.

meal three- protein, water, fish oil.

meal four- 2chicken breasts 1cup rice

meal five- protein, 1/2 cup oats

meal six- protein, 1/2 cup oats

Totals for the day:
Calories-3227
Protien-349 grams
carbs-139
fat-25.5.....

I plan on getting up at about 3am for a quick restroom visit. I am going to drink another 2scoops of protien which will add 260 cals, 55 grams protein, 3 carbs and 2 grams fat to those totals.

I thought it might be interesting to see what others are consuming even if you aren't keeping track of the totals. I am going to mess around with this meal plan until I get it where I want it. If I continue to gain weight without putting on much fat I'll without cardio I'll be happy. Once I get in the groove and establish a consistent intake I'll be able to accurately make adjustments later on. I am too lazy to get very fancy on an eating plan. I pick stuff I'll eat and stay on it.

Body weight this am was 284lbs.
 
Well, I am reading this at 7:40 am November 12, 2005, so obviously I haven't completed a full meal schedule here, but I will tell you what I ate for November 11.

Meal 1:
Sauted some chicken in some olive oil, heated two packets of plain grits in the microwave. Mix them (grits and chicken) together along with some 2% fat cheddar cheese. Topped it off with some salsa and went to town.

Meal 2:
Protein shake blended w/ oats

Workout time

Meal 3:
Hamburger patty, rice, macaroni and cheese, garlic bread

Meal 4:
Grilled chicken, rice, salad w/ ranch dressing, low fat Natural Valley Ranch Dressing

Meal 5:
Cooked some lean ground beef in the skillet on the stove. In a seperate pot, I heated some vegetable beef soup up. I poured the soup in a bowl along with the hamburger and ate it together.

Meal 6:
Protein shake before bed.

I usually don't eat 6 meals a day, but I trained legs and it had me really hungry. So that is why I ate what I ate. I go by hunger not force feeding.

Jeth Ro question for ya biggin'. In all of your meals you said protein, protein, protein, but one or two you said chicken. Now chicken is obviously protein. So do the other meals that were labeled protein mean "protein shakes"?

Just woundering big guy.

I was wondering the same as VG, are all those protein drinks?

Im deffinatley not eating that clean and well the older I get the more its showing:eek:
 
Meal 1: Protein shake, 3/4 cup of oatmeal with raisins
Meal 2: 8oz. of tilapia, 8 oz. of sweet potatoes
Meal 3: 8oz. of chicken, 3/4 cup of oatmeal with 3 rice cakes
Meal 4(pre-workout): Protein shake with 40g of maltodextrin
Meal 5(post-workout): Protein shake with 40g of maltodextrin/40g of dextrose
Meal 6: 8oz. of extra lean beef, 8 oz. of red potatoes

Probably about 1.5 gallons of water.
 
I can't remember the whole day but my last meal was:

20 oz. steak - NZ sirloin
5 cups of rice
4 cups of steamed veggies
20 rolls of sushi
sake
mango pudding
green tea ice cream
and mochi ice cream

YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE GUYS WHO KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING IN THE KITCHEN!

THE PROTIEN MEALS ARE JUST 2 SCOOPS OF PROTEIN IN WATER. I am a teacher...not much time to eat during the day with kids crawling up my butt all day long! lol...Plus, I am just to lazy to add up all those ingredients you listed!

When I was out there at that show of Merediths I saw a bunch of people who looked good and it motivated me to try harder! lol....There was a girl who won the bodybuilding part of the show....Sheila Bleck....and I watched her weigh in 162lbs.....She was impressive..I'll bet she wins the nationals. Thick, thick, Thick....I kept on thinking to myself...get rolling you loser, this little chic blows your ass away.

Have you ever had that happen? I decided right then, okay, no cardio for a couple of months. I need to put on some muscle, but I don't want to get too sloppy. :eek:

9am 6 eggs, 1/4 fresh salsa, 1/2 cup cheese, 24oz water

40gram shake before training 40mins
40gram shake between body pparts...sipping
60 grams 40mins after training

1.5 liters of water 30mins before training and sipping throughout training.

1.5 hours after training: 3 Chicken burritos EXTRA CHICKEN, 24oz water

2 cans tuna and bag of pasta 20oz water

2 cans chix boobies and bag of pasta

40 gram shake before bed


This is on the days that i work, I have about 16 hours to consume all of this.

I am getting sick of tuna, but like MILOS said "the minute you say I can't, you are done."

For some reason on the days I do not train, I cannot get all this down.

I keep hearing great things about Aromasin! In your research what have you discovered about aromasin when compared to Nolvadex [sp. tamoxifen]? I am curious!:D

YOUR MEALS ARE PERFECT! I just hate weighing out all the darn food. Luckily I've got someone around who actually enjoys numbers and doing tasks like that!:D

2 CHERRY ULTRA FUELS, 4 ZONE BARS, 5 SCOOPS BRANCH CHAIN+GLUTAMINE POWDER, 5 BUFFERED CREATINE, 1 COENZYME Q-10, 1 81MG ASPIRIN, 2 CUPS PROTEIN PUDDING (WIFES RECIPIE), 1 SCOOP GLUCOSAMINE, 1 YOGURT WITH GRAINS IN IT.

Yea - but you don't eat many "shit" carbs do you?

The only thing I tend to disagree with you (but this is really on an "individual" level (me), not in general) is eating a lot of dairy. Dairy tends to give me a "smooth" look. I will occaisionaly eat cheese, yogurt, and non-fat cottage cheese.
 
Protein pudding?

You have to share the protein pudding recipe

personally I am on a budget one thing that I have found is cheap + high in protein and carbs

1 pound hamburger plus a pack of mac and cheese same pan its like hamburger helper but cheaper very filling

I usually cook everything on Sundays. Then I weigh it out for each meal to last at least 6 days. That way if I get busy during the week with work and training it's all ready and I just have to heat it up.

yea but ya dont have take it all in at once big guy, lol. thats about 250g right there aint it:D
 
Ive been dieting down for the holidays , so far ive lost 7 lbs just from eating this exact oder of foods per day . no cardio either.


meal 1 - 7 eggs whole 2 tblsp olive oil 1 peice wheat toast.

meal 2 - protein shake + peanut butter

meal 3 - chicken salad.

meal 4 - protein shake + flax oil

meal 5 - tuna shake.

meal 6 - beef brocolli red potatoe slop.

meal 7 - protein shake 2 rice cakes .
