I've been writing it down lately trying to get back in the habit of keeping track of everything.
Here is how it went not counting all the vitamins.
1 gallon of water...been filling that up each morning and it's gone by the end of the day.
meal one- Protein, water, fish oil.
meal two- protein, 1/2 cup of oats, splenda cinammon.
meal three- protein, water, fish oil.
meal four- 2chicken breasts 1cup rice
meal five- protein, 1/2 cup oats
meal six- protein, 1/2 cup oats
Totals for the day:
Calories-3227
Protien-349 grams
carbs-139
fat-25.5.....
I plan on getting up at about 3am for a quick restroom visit. I am going to drink another 2scoops of protien which will add 260 cals, 55 grams protein, 3 carbs and 2 grams fat to those totals.
I thought it might be interesting to see what others are consuming even if you aren't keeping track of the totals. I am going to mess around with this meal plan until I get it where I want it. If I continue to gain weight without putting on much fat I'll without cardio I'll be happy. Once I get in the groove and establish a consistent intake I'll be able to accurately make adjustments later on. I am too lazy to get very fancy on an eating plan. I pick stuff I'll eat and stay on it.
Body weight this am was 284lbs.
