Same, I don’t drink coffee to often and when I do I always have some kind of RTD protein at home and at my office and I use that in my coffee as creamer.

Same here. Not sure why the fascination with oat, soy,almond, etc unless lactose intolerant. My girl doesn't like milk because she is worried about the added hormones and chemicals. Ha obviously being a member here im clearly not concerned with a little extra hormones and chems. Lol. Also I drink my coffe black a lot of the time too.

the amount you use has basically no lactose.

buy good beans and learn how to brew good coffee.
i dont like any of these new fangled ways.
i grind beans, put them into a 2 liter camping stile mug and poor hot water over. water doesnt even get to simmer. let it sit min 5 minutes. poor through a cloth filter.
