I was just looking though several differant diets that some people use from thehigh protein , low carb , high fat to high protein , moderate carb , lower fat and some even use a 33 , 33, 33 style.
I was just wondering what everybody views on it were if you were looking build muscle yet stay lean. I know that I'm very carb sensitive and gain fat on them easly so I'm thinking this offseason i may try to up the cals and keep the carbs in the low to moderate range.
A couple fellas I converse with here loaclly like the higher protein high to moderate fat and low to mod carb diets like
50%Protein , 15%carbs and 35% fats getting most of their fats from dairy , whole eggs and red meat
