I was just wondering what everybody here drinks while or after they train.

I'm bout to throw Creatine and Glutamine back into my supplements and was gonna take them with my postworkout shake.

I've been just drinking a 50-60gr protein shake postworkout , that has a little glutamine in it but not much.

I'm also thinking about running some slin post workout so I'll need to add carbs in their as well
 
Post I drink Karbolyn and hydrolized isolate protein. While training I drink Glycerol Creatine,Trans Alanyl Glutamine and branched chain amino acid powder.
 
I've tried many different shakes and supplements and finally found one that I like best.

Pre: 1 scoop Anatrop (from troponin nutrition) + 20 grams whey + 30 grams dextrose
Intra: 2 scoops Anatrop + 20 grams waxy maize
Post:1 scoop Anatrop + 15-20 grams whey + 60 grams waxy maize

Each serving of Anatrop is 3 scoops so you use just a little over one serving per workout day.

One serving has all your BCAA's + 5 grams added leucine + 5 grams creatine. It's the perfect supplement.
 
30 grams Cold Filtered Whey Isolate from TP
5 grams L-Leucine
10 grams (2 teaspoons) MCT oil
mixed in 400ml water
30-60 min pre & intra workout
 
pre workout- lba's 4 scoops xtend, 50g in juice
intra- xtend
pwo whole food meal
 
During my workout i'll just have water...might add some Xtend

I'll have 2 scoops of Hydro Whey post workout.

Then i'll have 6oz of ground beef and 4oz of rice.

I've tried adding shakes during my workouts but I end up feeling full and bloated, gets in the way of cardio and ab work..
 
i usually just have a coke.......i love it when you guys go hells bells including 50 ingrediants into your shakes......have a coke and eat some steak....sheesh. don't make it so hard on yourself.

Good stuff...

I generally just do some liquid aminos pre and then about 60gms of whey post with a banana then another 30 or so grams an hour or so later of chicken or cott cheese with an apple and some almonds...
 
If i train in the morning it's 2 tablespoons fishoil with NO Shotgun pre-workout, then Xtend 4-6 scoops sipped on during my workout then post-workout is normally 2 scoops whey isolate and some low glycemic carbs like oats, oats+berries something like that.

this is pretty much what i do too.
 
I like amino tabs instead of shake

I use 15 Beverly Mass aminos, 5 grams leucine, 2-3 grams taurine, 1-2 grams acetylcarnitine, 1 gram timed vitamin C, 200 mg Humanofort 1/2 hour pre session.

1000 mgs Tums calcium just prior.

During workout I drink water and take another 1000 mgs calcium.

Right after I'm done I pop 12 Metabolic Diet aminos, 1-2 grams acetylcarnitine, 1000 mgs timed vit c and 200 mgs Humanofort.

I do use a MPI 70 grams shake w/ raw eggs and raw cream right before bed every night.

Been growing like a weed with this regimen.

1 hour Pre - 50g WPI - 1 banana
During - Water (anything else makes me throw up)
within 30mins Post - 50g WPI - 30g Waxymaize - 1 banana

wait 90mins then eat a healthy dinner :)
 
im using massive G's pre/post workout drink at the minute.

its actually the first supplement in nearly 16 years of training that i can honestly say works.

sea salt
creatine
glutamine
glycerol
whey
simple carbs.

Brown, white, or pink liquid, It assumes the shape of the cylinder that is housing it, with an air bubbled, frothy top.

i think you should always have some simple sugars in liquid form for post workout shake along with protien.
 
100g of carbs from coco pepples(or some other kids cereal)
60g whey
water

Why the calcium? Just curious, ive heard guys taking vit c in their shake but never calcium.
