What is the best tattoo concealer? HELP!

Hey gang,
I have been looking around lately for a good way to cover up tattoos, in hopes to compete. However I haven't yet found one that holds up to paint and other tanning products. I have been going around the local stores and whatnot, and over the counter junk from CVS/Rite-Aid. Nothing works particularly well. On the internet I have found a few nice "sounding" products, such as Tattoo Camo, and a bunch of others. Is there anything out there specially made for bodybuilders to make this search a bunch easier? I don't want tattoos to keep me out of competition!

There has got to be something .......look at priest! He is covered in tatts but when he steps on stage most of them are gone

dream tan works really well you almost cant see them. none of my ink shows on the picts from my last show.
