Mods please delete thread if there is already one like this, I used the search and came up empty.
So Im 2 days out my 1st local NPC mens physique contest and and was just wondering what do you guys specifically NOT DO that you think would hinder your results on stage? I hear of many guys carbing up, water depleting this that and the third voodo stuff , but everything isnt for everyone imo..
Im just curious if theres anyone here who has fallen victim to all the wanna be gurus last minute.. (seems to me everyone has an input at this time).
My theory is just keeping it simple and just tapering down a bit on water just sipping or ice chips eventually, no crazy pizza,pancakes, or crazy carb load phases, maybe just keep the sodium maybe funions and organic honey to get my pump (maybe some V
and a little red wine).
Other than that since its my first time ever doing anytning like this i want to have fun and network first and foremost. Id like to hear some experiences if any from guys who have been at this point and either spilled over or purposly did not follow the masses and wound up looking better on stage!
