My two favs are glutten free made by San J, they ones I like are the Thai Peanut and Szechaun style. The Szechaun is really low in cals/carbs/sugars idea for dieting if thats of concern.
I use all sorts of sauces when I bulk. Mustard, ketchup, bbq sauce, soy ginger sauce, hot sauce(sriracha brand), hoisen sauce, stir fry sauce, black bean sauce, and spicy mayo(sushi). I'm asian so a lot of sauces I use are asian based, lol. Keeps things interesting and especially chicken which can taste bland and nasty after awhile.

mckormicks montreal steak seasoning its a spice shaker awsome sheet
honey mustard
terriaky sauce
mix your lean meat with rice or pasta and salsa and taco seasoning
