What should I use to refilter my UGL gear? whatman filter .22 or .45

I have herd some say .45 is all you need.
but wouldent .22 be that much safer??
I have a bunch of ugl gear (mostly tren) that I want to filter just to be extra safe.

would the .22 pore end up taking out some of my gear making it weaker??

I am hoping to hear from some that have done this and get there input.
no hersay from what they herd as I have alot of that already lol

so what you guys think??

.45 is all you need. A .22 size can be a bitch to push oil through.

How much are you filtering? A whatman will hold around a 1ml of gear after filtering. If you filtering a small batch be prepared to lose some.

Personally I use a .22 and a 30 ml syringe in a caulking gun.

this is what i want to refilter:
5X10ml viles trenE= 50ml
3X10ml viles test= 30ml
4X10ml viles deca= 40ml
1X10mlvile trenA=10ml
so about 130 ml of gear.

I will be getting 10 whatman filters will probibly only need 2-3 or so of them it seems. Ill save the rest for furture.
I also already have a bunch of 10ml viles and a few 20ml viles (sealed and steril)
I have I have a few 5 or 10ml berrels I have to check. if the place lets me get singles then ill pic up a few 20 or 30 ml syrnges.
Its ok to loose some gear for peace of mind and health.

I agree with your logic that .22 would be safer yet I only use .45 because I can't wait. I also only use it with oil. I've found the 20 ml & 30 ml syringe to big and I end up rushing, although I'll looking into a chalking gun. I'm gonna stick with a .45 filter and use a bunch 10 ml syringes. Its not 100% but not much can be.

The .45 are made for oils and such and the .2 are made for water from what I've heard.

How many mls total do you all usually get through each filter? Like 1 filter per 50ml or 100ml?

Not to threadjack but after filtering do you bake the vials (that are already sterilized w/rubber stopper) to make sure they extra clean?
