what to take with test

thinking about running test only what shoud i take with it as far asvitamins, minerals etc..
im already doing multi vitamin mineral, vitamin c, and fish/flax oil what else would you reccomend?

I personnally don't care for a Test only cycle but...try adding some creatine, glutamine, arginine and some BCAA's along with what you have. Just my 2 cents.

You seem set. You can take some hawthorne berry to control high blood pressure, but I doubt you need it! How much Test are you doing per week?

Creatine, glutamine, arginine. protein, multi, b6, b12, d3, c, coq10, saw palmetto, fish, flax and borage oil, dhea and whatever else you might take. Perhaps an anti-e. I think it is good to have plenty of info. about yourself, such as what you ran previously. Also, what are the goals? Why only test now, is it to keep what you have or is there another reason? I believe you will get all the help you are looking for when you lay everything on the table. Just my 2cts.
