i'm a little curious here. since a pumped muscle has nothing to do with actual muscle growth, why take anything at all? you could put the money you spend on pump products to much better use and get the same gains in the gym.
50-60g carbs 2hrs pre workout

I like evp. People don't realize that most of these pre work out supps are pumped full of caffeine. Go buy you a bottle of caffeine pills for 7 bucks if your wanting that type of feeling.
