what to use for pre workout pump?

as far as natty supps go when I first tried good doses of citrulline, 3-5g range, I had more pronounced pumps but with less fatigue due to the effect of removing lactic acid buildup... I ventured to citrulline after progressing from dosages of AAKG which turned to finding and actually having good success with arginine ethyl ester, but then my curiosity put me in with citrulline and from there after running a couple different products , maximize v2 then white flood with bulk citrulline added, back to back time and time again the effects diminished over time.

from there i ventured to adding cialis in the 6-12mg range for about a yr now. currently am around the 8-10mg range and actually dose before bed the day prior due to annoying congestion it causes me. still works good though... trying to add more bang for my buck is when i first started des and the pumps were insane but there was mixed reviews because my first run of des came from when precision first opened up and there was suspicions of slin of sorts being in the batches. now using from various sponsers over the last year i can say there had to be some validity to those suspicions since the effects arent the same using clean versions of des now... altho it does add that extra little bit when combined with the cialis and citrulline based NO supp.... finally, two days ago, I hit the king of the mountain by crossing over to adding slin to the mix and I must say it doesnt get any better than a synergistic effect of slin cialis des and citrulline LMAO
 
i'm a little curious here. since a pumped muscle has nothing to do with actual muscle growth, why take anything at all? you could put the money you spend on pump products to much better use and get the same gains in the gym.

I agree, I take horsepower which has a heavy dose of beta-alanine to buffer lactic acid. More sets, more reps, before failure. Towards the end of my workout I'll pick up the pace w- supersets and less rest to acheive the pump and shuttle nutreints into target muscle but not until the damage has been done. On a side note have takin some supps were the pump was so great ended my workout after 3 sets, not beneficial, blew the workout! But if I was to pick one, MHP dark rage worked well.
 
50-60g carbs 2hrs pre workout
3 ounces vanilla LBA's , 6 ounces Pedialyte , 1 teaspoon sea salt mixed with 10-12 ounces water.
Drink half just before training when you shoot 100mcg igf-DES and sip the rest during training.

NOTHING has given me better pumps , not D-Bol , test Acetate , Viagra , nothing. Got a pump so hard yesterday doing chest it felt like i was gonna tear somthing

Intresting, the salt that is.

Pardon my ignorance, why the salt? And why half before and the rest during?

the pump def helps stretch the fashia tissue ..i would think that makes a noticable diff in gains for size..powerlifters dont care about pump..
 
I recently started the mike arnold protocol but using humilin R... there are a couple slin topics in the peptide section which lately has covered the usage extensively and i have comfortably been dosing the 15ius with out any problems and have my shakes spaced out at 2hr intervals..

I am heavier than what the protocol is targeted at tho... I am about 280 and guesstimating in the mid teens for bf% with some visible abs and decent vascularity, so I am sure if I wanted to push it I could probably bump up to 20ius but being my first run with slin and my schedule sometimes getting out of whack to stay exact with nutrition timing I dont want to push the envelope too much, not now at least. probably later when curiosity sets in again lol
 
I notice that I acheive a better pump when taking creatine. A buddy of mine is a natty and he swears by l-glutamine. He claims his muscle seem to be fuller and better pumped when he takes it.

He uses Natures Best L-glutamine, which he claims has something in in that helps push more glutamine in the blood stream. However, it could all be in his head.
 
Lysophosphatidylcholine

By the way, he claims Lysophosphatidylcholine is a must when taking l-glutamine. I know PA stated in the past that Lysophosphatidylcholine is a interesting compound.
 
I like evp. People don't realize that most of these pre work out supps are pumped full of caffeine. Go buy you a bottle of caffeine pills for 7 bucks if your wanting that type of feeling.

Damn! I wish Evogen stuff wasn't so pricy I'd live to try it for a few monthS
 
25mg dbol, with 100-200mcg des, or 8-10ius slin, pumps are insaine think bout throwing cialis in the mix
 
Carbs, Hydration, Sodium three things that you need to get a BIG pump.
