I've been hit'n about 10-15g creatine for the past couple weeks and I'm starting to cramp up pretty often. When I'll flex my tricep it locks up and I have to pull on my forearm before it lets loose. I've been drinking about 1.5gal of water lately too but still cramping. Is there anything in specific that can help the cramps? Potasium, magnesium, sodium? Sodium intake is about 3g's already.
